Mr. Frederick, These are questions I don't have answers to; however, in my opinion, it really doesn't make a difference when or where the announcement is made from. People will notice!! Wether it's the middle of the night or during trading hours makes no difference. What makes a difference is WHAT the press release states and, I'm sure they have been honing that for sometime. My best GUESS would be an announcement just before or after opening bell to get a full days trading here and some end hours trading out of Europe if applicable. Best Wishes, Swedelo
