H&Q -they re-initiate coverage with a buy rating What does it mean to re-initiate coverage? H&Q have been covering RMBS since the IPO. Did they drop coverage, change analysts? Does this just mean they did a periodic update of their coverage and concluded it is still a buy? TP (Who doesn't understand analyst speak)
