The tax loss was on another stock. I have a gain on this one and I'm about to take it before this crap goes right back to 2. I figure there will probably be another six months before we hear of anybody paying for any service that ACTV offers. The stock is already below where it was before the Western Show. Obviously, people were not impressed at all.
