I got a USRX Sportster modem ( upgradeable to 56K) for xmas -- it wouldn't config properly to my system, so I wrote USRX support -- they NEVER DID respond !!! As a result, I took it back for a refund, and there were 2 others in line doing the same thing. I know this is a small sample, but it could be a sign of a glitch in the product. We might see good 4Q results, but 1Q 97 could suffer from refunding. I like USRX long-term, but I'm looking for a little price dip before adding to portfolio. (Of course, I MAY be waiting for a long time!)
