Rick:

I currently own Diebold. Yesterday it lost nearly 4 points. It's 4th quarters earnings came out, one cent above expectations. It's probably a good time to buy. Diebold does have a $1.00 purchase fee whenever you reinvest dividends or send OCPs. I just invest four times/year, when dividends are being reinvested. That way I only pay the $1.00 four times. Actually, Diebold pays it for you. But, you have to report it as income when you do your taxes.

Good luck and thanks for the reply...

Michael
