PTI Pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services, announced today that it has entered into an underwriting agreement with RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and CIBC Wood Gundy Securities Inc. who have agreed to purchase 5,000,000 common shares of the Company at $3.00 per share. Proceeds of the offering will be used by Patheon for the previously announced purchase of its first international manufacturing facility near Milan, Italy.
