That's what we are hoping for (i.e. before Christmas), but you will find a lot of us have become gun-shy (and rightfully so) about trying to publicly predict when they will become operational. There have been both "Acts of God" (Hurricane George) and man-made snafus which have slowed us down a little. Suffice it to say they are working as hard and as fast as they can.
