Dud, I only know what I've read in the S1, and on this board. I do not
read the AOL, nor do I subscribe to AOL.
The FDA told ADVR not to conduct AIDS testing, because they failed to
gain approval in advance; A management oversight, as far as Im concerned.
Bregman was head of ADVR at that time: Hirschman was being paid to perform
the testing.
Now Hirschman in CEO of the company. An excellent move as far as Im concerned.

While it appears you have done considerable research on this matter, and I have
not, I think you should definitely pursue these questions and try to get some
answers for us all.
However, I think you should tone down your questions abit, and give Hirschman
the benefit of a doubt.
