According to your profile you are an attorney in Houston. Any observation regarding the firm of Yetter & Warden LLP. They will be handling the litigation with Rodey, Dickason, Akin, & Robb P.A. in ABQ. I have not seen it in print but it is my understanding there is a contingency arrangement.
