Anthony,

I think Lilly made a smart move, I am really glad they are concentrating on their patent portfolios, rather than shooting the darts in the dark. I heard on CNBC this morning that Lilly's spoke-woman claimed that Prozac patent actually expires in year 2003, rather than 2001. I am sure Lilly will not be shy of shelling out big bucks to defend their Prozac. Like the news said, this whole thing will play out in 2-3 years, so I don't think the Barr Lab will pose any immediate threat as yet. Remember, Lilly has a wild card few people paid attention to, That IS, IC531, the potential better Viagra, which is also two-three years down the line from now.

happy investment, everybody.
