Dr. One thing that has me a little confused about this is that IXC has stated they are taking a fourth quarter hit for the uncollectible receivable, however, if they were giving it in exchange for DCI shares there would be no reason to write anything off. This originally led me to believe that DCI was not assuming the receivable. There seems to be a missing piece in here somewhere. Tom in WI
