Hello Dave and All:I am not yet an investor in National Healthcare. I am just watching, assessing, waiting for real earnings, a decent balance sheet and a new CFO or CEO.
As you know from my previous posts, I think they are very weak in management. When a deal like Mercana's goes up in smoke, you have to ask yourself how thorough they were in closing the deal in the first place. It bothers me. It indicates a lack of diligence. Let's see if they can patch it up with the Japanese. If they can, they are good and should be well praised. The Japanese are noted for their glacial approach to deal-making, so I wouldn't expect anything in this quarter.
