You may all assume (correctly) that I will not be asking questions on the CC this afternoon. However, perhaps someone could ask Joe to summarize exactly what all we are getting for the distribution of $16,000,000 in DCTC shares. And, since it appears that some of the benefits (access to IXC's equipment) have a five year time limit, what are the plans for satisfying our equipment needs beyond five years?
