Jim,

NSM is unlikely to be making much money.

Costs on MII are likely to be in $40 range.

But even selling at close to cost will reduce their lossess from the empty fab in Portland. Plus it gets them ready to crank out the volumes in Q1 99.

Most of the volumes is 300M and they are probably making a little money on those.

Regarding costs of frequency locking - it is a bond option - so it's essentially free.
