George, good questions, and I think I have the answer to the 2nd one. FIVE YEARS is a long way off. "Everything" in teleco today will be OBSOLETE in 3 years, never mind 5 years (g). One step at a time. A couple years from now I could see the business leapfroging to a much larger and updated situation.... Assuming IIXC has no intentions of owning more than 13% of our Company.
