Taki: Are you an insider of MBHC? Or are you just overly happy to see Ray gone and Jim as his successor? These guys have proven nothing!!! FYI. No one responded to my posting regarding any leftover baggage. Is there any thing out there that we as investors need to be aware of? 1. any lawsuits pending? 2. any offerings in the works (504 and/or 506)? 3. any problems with the SEC? 4. any great changes in the financial condition of the company? I think as shareholders, these questions need to be addressed. Or maybe I am the only one who wants due diligence.
