I think it would help if the Russell 2000 could break out again. It made a strong move of about 30% off its bottom but has been trading in the 390 to 400 range for some time. Maybe some of the techs could give an opinion here but it may be tax loss selling since the Russell is still down about 8% for the year. Ken
