Some interesting action in Faani Mae today:
FNM AF (jan 99 60s calls) - 14,563 contracts traded.
LFN AJ (jan 00 50 calls) - 4,350 contracts traded
Most logical explanation, someone is selling deep in the money calls. I would do that when I think the stock is way over valued and/or worried that it is going to tank but don't want to book profits for this year.
