Exactly when did John S say this to you??? If you think penny stock should be made to report should you not be telling SEC to change there laws and require this immediately. And you have already decided that when they do report it won't be to your liking. I mean you have already prejudged their 10q and it isn't even out as yet. Remember this post#2004----- <Also WHEN they file are you going to ADMIT that you were wrong about this stock? Something tells me that with all of their hiding on the issue of filing that when they do, it will just be the beginning. There will likely be far more questions raised than answered. And that the stakes will be much higher, because misrepresenting to the SEC is not nice.> Why don't you just admit your mind is totally closed and you will only see PRWT one way no matter what they do. No one can reason with a closed minded person. Its a wasted effort and all should realize this and stop wasting their time even trying to be logical with you.
