We seem to be speaking a different language or our brains just dont work the same way. You seem not to understand the concepts I am trying to communicate and I have no idea what you are talking about either. You are probably being completely rationale, but it sounds to me like you think the money "recovered" in class-action settlements simply appears out of nowhere...rather than coming out of the company's (and therefore the shareholder's)pockets. To a primitive mind like mine this creation of money seems like magic. I suppose we should just drop the debate. We are clearly not on the same level.
