I wouldn't read too much into the bid/ask size, but like sometimes the MMs do play with the traders.

A few days ago I was noticed a very thinly traded stock where the bid/ask was $22-7/8 x $23. It had been that way for days. All of a sudden 200 shares were traded at $22-3/8. I'd bet much $$$ that someone had put in a market sell order and got screwed. The bid has since recovered.

FWIW - I personally don't expect a lot more upside short term (well at least not compared to when the stock was trading at $12!). Of course the stock has real momentum now but with a P/E of near 20 puts the stock close to many other stocks in the market. Hopefully the market will continue to decide that a P/E of 20 for THQ is very fair, in which case the stock should continue to trend up towards $40.

The market has had an amazing change of attitude in just 10 weeks!

:)
