Hey Phil! You hit the head on the nail. "Kind of agree with you as TMC sure looks like a bargain". There was a large institution unloading
their TM position at anything above 25 cents. It seems they are now finished as the price has firmed up to 40 cents today. I picked up more at 25 cents. It's like 1.44 day at KMart. When its on sale, you buy. There could still be some more year end tax loss selling, but that will be over in a couple of weeks. I think we will see lots of
positive action in the first quarter of 99.
