BKS (Barnes and Noble). Announcement today re: Microsoft joint-marketing. BKS will also most assuredly be spinning of Barnesandnoble.com as an IPO shortly (word on the street). They're looking for proper valuation for the internet portion of the business (similar to Amazon), which they won't get as long as the internet business is combined with the actual store business. I'm looking for a possible announcement within 30-60 days. Gator
