RE: conference calls. I have participated in some that were "listen only" or replays with only a select few allowed to ask questions. I did not necessarily like these as they are similar to a presidential press conference w/ only "friendly" questions asked by supportive analysts. By no means do you get valuable info that way. ( although you do get a feel for how stupid & inept some analysts sound ). I have participated in other CC's where you are asked your name and what organization you represent. I either make up a name like " B & B Financial Associates " or flat out say I am an individual shareholder. It might be that individual stockholders are routed to "listen only" mode depending on the company, but I have asked questions as a 'common" stockholder. I prefer this as some responses to previous questions might prompt a new question or request for clarification ( which analysts often will not do for some reason ). I am not sure how a company could prevent someone from lying if they are not a shareholder or preventing abusive behavior by a "short". ...............Value
