DownSouth, Nothing was ever said that NOVL was trying to destroy MSFT. In fact, the message NOVL has been preaching was that "We'll make MSFT a better solution with our solutions wrapped around theirs". So you are right that NOVL's success will lead to MSFT's success in many areas. Maybe not all areas. Toy
