TMSR, the key is to short at the close and at the open. I hate to miss the play because i waited for the open. So many gap down hard. On the other hand, I want to keep some in reserve in case it gaps up first before falling. Of course, due diligence is essential. In this case, revenues down 60%, nothing proprietary, limited market, not an e-commerce play. $.75 in losses last quarter. Pretty safe bet this is not a $50 Million company. I am loading the boat at the open if it doesn't tank before the open.
