If he means what he says, the election was a godsend.
But he's a politician, so...!
Also, he may be el Presidente, but the clerks in the
bureaus will still be there palms out. I saw Vz ranked next
to last before Nigeria a few years ago, on a corruption index.
Corruption may have become a culture there. Only time will tell
whether his administration will bring any positive change in
the business, and specifically mining, environment. I hope so.
