Hello, I'm the president of Chapter Internet, the people who are doing the web site you've mentioned. I am sorry to see that you've had some problems with the site. I've looked up your file and will respond directly. While, I've got the order records, I can't find any mail from you which concerns me. I sent mail to you, well a "status" mail under my own email account. If you got that, I'm wondering if you responded to my mail or tried someplace else.
In any event, I assure you that ignoring customers is not the plan, sir. We have a 24hr toll free line and lots of people that are supposed to be answering mail and getting you the materials. I will send you private mail with the order details. I hope we can sort it out and get your books right out.
