I don't know about LU winning 50% of a German deal but I do know that ASPT had a big win in Germany before the earnings announcement. Is this the same deal or another big win? If you look at a chart, ASPT tested a support area at 17 today and closed above. I'm still accumulating the stock. I have seen this behavior several times since I have owned the stock and have rarely been burned by buying the dips.
