4,404,601 IBUY shares were issued and outstanding. 9.99% of this number is 440,020 shares which is slightly more than half of 830,000 (or 415,000). Thus the 9.99% limitation is almost meaningless.

If the co. considers them as a group then only 440.000 in
total could be converted

BY the way if you are a benaficial owner of 5% or more you have to file a 13 D or 13 G with the S E C
