Fred, Your comments reminds me of the stock market before the first rate cut. At that time, one of my rule is that when semi-equipment stocks went up, it is time to sell stocks. That rule works fine for quite a while. Nowadays, semi is Wall Street darling now. Let's see whether your steel stock indictor works. Steve P.S. Though I have sold some stocks today, my guess is that the market will go higher, at least temporarily.
