Well, Jim ... Market timing isn't my best wish among all things, but this sure is a time I'd be buying shares of CYI had I not already completed my position. The capital structure is getting ready for larger block trades, and we all tend towards the belief that the company is on the cusp of better days ahead. I really do believe that the management at Cycomm will eventually come through for the shareholders but it just takes time. All I can say is that this type of stock can turn on a dime. Except for accumulation plans, I don't really recommend a timing strategy. But what do I know? regards, Quinbus Flestrin.
