New England Patriots— Can clinch playoff berth with a win and losses by Oakland, Pittsburgh and Tennessee.
New York Jets— Can clinch playoff berth with a win or losses by Oakland, Pittsburgh and Tennessee.

AFC Central
Jacksonville Jaguars— Can clinch AFC Central title with a win or tie.

AFC West
Denver Broncos — Have clinched AFC West title, a first-round playoff bye and home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs.

NATIONAL FOOTBALL CONFERENCE
NFC East
Dallas Cowboys — Can clinch NFC East title with a win or an Arizona loss.

NFC Central
Minnesota Vikings — Have clinched NFC Central title and a first-round playoff bye. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with a win and an Atlanta loss
