REW,

I guess sales must be really good at tsig too. Yes, I am being sarcastic here. I called over the weekend the call center to order 20 musiccards and was told by the person that someone from corporate will call me Monday as purchases of that many musiccards is handled, I guess by corporate people. Guess what faulks, I did not get the call.

I have been ignored many times before by these people. It seems there are only a few people on this thread that they would like to cater to. That is o.k. by me, but this is for their own bloody good, damn it. How many potential buyers like me are they doing this too? That is what bugs me. I won't call them again to give them my business. I may be a shareholder, but unless these people tend to customers, they have no business being in this business. Don't somebody tell me to give them this feedback. I have in the past on many occasions for other matters and been ignored. THE CUSTOMER IS KING!!! Do you hear me, Dixie, RG, Amy or whoever you are out there in tsig land. You damn can't ignore a good customer and want to stay in business. The heck you will succeed!! I know you follow this thread, dixie and you are a sales manager if I am not mistaken. Can you explain the arrogance of your people towards a willing customer? peace and good luck.
