Crocodile: I think it was 1993 the last time it was this mild (warm) in December. What followed was the coldest winter on record. I'll never forget the two solid weeks where the temperature never went above -10C. Plumbers were so busy with all the busted pipes that they were working around the clock and cars wouldn't move because their transmissions were frozen. It's very cold in Europe, in fact they are having their coldest autumn since the end of the war. Seems like we're getting their weather and they are getting ours. It's starting to cool down a bit tonight, however I doubt we will get the cold winter that many had forecast---but you never know.
