Didnt notice IBM doing so when's the last time you looked at an IBM 10K? when's the last time you visited the IBM or Micorosoft or SUN websites? the sec considers it significant enough to mandate a reporting requirement on Y2K readiness. so what you're saying is that probably the most significant threat to business survival at least in this decade isn't worth a mention? i think the real truth is clear. dgiv could have announced signed contracts, reporting status and nasdaq listing and you and your buds would have still found a flaw in it someplace. sorry, i look at life differently. enjoy. gary
