Dug, the technology problems of ADSL I can deal with, but the political issues of the RBOCs that prevent profitable implementation drive me crazy. The world wants and needs ADSL but the legacy of telephone regulations serve as a stanglehold. George Gilder has termed it "Moron's law" in the telecom to distinguish it from "Moore's law" in the microcosm. It may take dynamite to break open this bottleneck. All the best, Michael
