Bob: Lighten up. You certainly know there is a 100 yards between a scam and a solid enterprise. How would you discribe a scam? A CEO with a weak but viable business plan who enriches himself before shareholders? Please articulate the fine line between a scam and a unsuccessful business strategy. jmt
