Andrew, I find their attitude very troubling as this is not my first time in such matters. Even if there were a problem with the site or ordering process, would it not make sense for them to call me and tell me why. I have bought software, printers and scanners thru the web. You should see how they treat me. I even suggested to these people sometime ago to study these other web sites and see how customers are treated. peace and good luck. peacelover
