Chip,

Weren't you into a little TA, i.e., trend lines, MACD, etc.? Anyway, given that this has been identified as trading stock perhaps the traders are looking at the TA

Notes on the positive:
13-day EMA crossover early November has held.
Stochastics are Up
Looks like one more up day and the MACD send a bullish signal.
Recent (Dec) Up volume dominate.
