Opal, as you know I have always had respect for your thinking. Do you have anything more concrete? Do you really think the McKensie poll had anything to do with proposal of move of domicile to Bermuda? And if so what? I got the impression that the move was the opinion of the Lehman male siblings not some devious plot by Xoma. Don't you think it would of been odd to pay an entity of their stature around a half a million dollars and then not take their advice? I see so many other ethical companies with parts of their companies in Bermuda. BTW, I am thrilled to be a shareholder of a company that does everything it can to avoid lawsuits in this day and age.
