< I was saying based upon past experience of Lgnd announcing "so called" news, that the warrants usually start to move up about 5-6 days prior to Lgnd making an announcement, and they usually drop right after the announcement is made.>

Its well known in the "option world" that premiums get bid up by smart people before pending news... of course they know there is news, but it's not important that it's positive or negative (ie. inside info isnt necessarily present), option players make money either way if there is a big move.

If I understand the situation here properly (having hung around about a couple weeks I may have it wrong) LGND's news is imminent... they either have to say they got approval or they got turned down for one or both products in short order right???? If this is the case the premiums of the options (warrants) should be on the moon!!! I was so surprised last week by the low premiums on the exchanges I bought options myself rather than increase my stock position.

<check out my theory, I think you will find it to be accurate. Or at the very least, more accurate than any of your price predictions.>

Actually, your "theory" is much more than that... will the sun rise in the morning? [will option premiums increase prior to news?] Or, does a bear.... oh, never mind.
