The bottom line is that MSFT will move higher and higher. I can see 150 by the first week of January. Maybe we will hit 141 this week. It would be nice if could happen by tommorow or Wednesday. If more states start dropping out, 200 could be around the corner (maybe April). There is earnings momemtum to go along with the stock price increase. By the way, when I listened to the government lawyer, Boies, comment on the NETScape/Aol deal, he brushed it aside and stated that they were concerned about past wrong doings by MSFT. We should have taken that as a HINT that there was no longer a united front against MSFT.
