It is sooo amazing how you all are pinning your DOJ's hopes on ONE state deciding to pull out. One state of 20! Wake up folks! Do you really think the DOJ is going to stop its trial because one state pulls out. Talk about being desperate!

Toy. A lot of things can happen on momentum alone. The NTSC/AOL changed the momemtum to MSFT. The SC decision drop out is adding fuel. I also read a report that BILL GATES will testify if asked to by the FEDS. I bet he will testify anyways because the DOJ has made him look bad (by showing small clips). Now there is nothing to lose, only to gain by clarifying some comments he had made.He can only help the MSFT case now by testifying. If the case continues, watch for this announcement towards the end of the trial.
Remember that MSFT has not EVEN PRESENTED ITS DEFENSE YET.
If you looks at all of these things, you can clearly see that a BIG shift has taken place.
Just wait til you see the next public opinion poll. I think there will be fewer people who support the DOJ case.
