Hey Cramer: "I tried to do it a bit with Wavephore (WAVO:Nasdaq) on CNBC last week, but the consequence for me is that immediately I get referred to the Securities and Exchange Commission even though I have never once traded the darn thing! Did I or did I not hear him say that morning before the interview with WAVO CEO that he tried to get shares (that very morning) to short, but was unable to get them? So, he had every intention of trading the stock, he just couldn't. Oh Paleeeeezzze
