Bingo! Yes, that solved the problem with the E*Trade Bridge service and produced the desired result. However, in the process, I learned my monitor didn't much like the 1024 X 768 resolution setting. Try as I might, I couldn't solve the problem it created with my eyes and it made a mess of my S&P Comstock program. I wound up going back to the 800 X 600 setting and decided I'd have to live with the Bridge problem created by this setting. I sure appreciate your response and it helped me learn a little more about my hardware. Thanks very much. Alan
