I went over and talked to both Dell and Lawrence last week. Neither gave any opinion concerning the larger than usual volume, nor the steady increase in share value over the past few weeks. However, I tend to think that at least some of the traffic is attributable to people associated with various research facilities (public, private and institutional) deciding to get some of the stock.

With the increase in interest and the negotiations with several of the universities and the relationship with Southwest Biomedical Research (a consortium including Univ. of Texas), coupled with the success in some of their in-lab testing, the principles on which their vector is based are being slowly (very slowly to those of us who sit and wait) proven to have sound foundations.

I doubt that there will be any great increases before the animal testing has finished at least phase one - and that will not be before early next year.

I've been with the stock since it was at $.25 and would not part with any of it now ... if (and I'll be the first to make that a BIG IF) the animal testing proves that the cygs vector can deliver the various antisense therapies (or even any of them) it will certainly have a large, highly profitable market.

Hope the thread stays quiet ... at least that the basher slasher/burners, nor the hypsters return. Their dog and pony shows have given me about all I want from either of them. I was keeping up with another thread, but they became too big a pain in the anterior.
