Only 1% on OTC the valume dosn't apply !!!!!!!!! I've quoted the exact relevant language of rule 144 and provided the link. From the wording the average weekly volume clause certainly appears to apply to OTCBB stocks. We all know the securities laws are extremely difficult to read and interpret, so it's entirely possible I've missed something. OTOH, simply saying it doesn't apply isn't a compelling argument (no matter how many exclamation points are appended <g>). Please provide a link supporting your claim. TIA
