You know; anyone working with the internet or on the internet as a power user of it; there is no need for a report by some "authority" to point out the obvious. What we are looking at is the first few years of the car industry with most of the roads dirt. How hard is it to imagine that cars will go faster and the road system will have to be upgraded and upgraded to handle faster cars. How hard is it to imagine that gas stations will be needed; etc. How hot an analyst do you have to be to see the need for roadside businesses? We are still just on the tip of the iceberg of a huge shift in where money is spent. None of it is hard to invision.
