James, If there is a merger in the works and the word is out (evidence the ASND runup), don't you think that the reaction in LU stock would be to go down, as is the norm for the acquiring company? The only exception that I know of in this sector is the CSCO/STRM acquisition where both equities went up on the announcement. Food for thought.... JXM
